I am starting a 30X40 painting tonight, my biggest ever. It will be a oil and I will be ripping off Mark Rothko, well copying him. It is for my friend Bryce's corporate office. He is a big shot State Farm Insurance company owner, meaning he runs his own SF outfit.
So here is my 8 bit version. We will see how the final version compares, stay tuned.

Can't you just scale your 8-bit version up and have it printed? I think it looks great!
